Human connection works when there is honesty; this is a very important part of the Client/Coach relationship.

Calmness

I will provide a sense of calmness and understanding to our sessions.  I will listen to you unconditionally, help you gain clarity around your thoughts and perceptions.

Trust

Building trust is fundamental to our relationship; safe space and complete confidentiality.

Intuition

I will use my intuition, be curious and gently ask you to question your limitations, guiding you through your journey.

Commitment

You are making a commitment to your personal development; I will be completely committed to you and your journey as much as you are.

Inspiration

I have been where you are now, I know what it’s like to feel stuck, not sure where to start, I’ve walked the walk and I’m now here with buckets of experience and enthusiasm, ready to help you,

Transactional Life Coaching takes a specific short-term, goal orientated approach, resulting in a sense of achievement by focusing on goal setting, actions, and positive outcomes.
